Let me tell you first the reason of writing this kind of weird stuffs specially in this blog. Actually I have heard lot of incidents where my friends got trapped rather allured by some fraud companies who are nothing but some sort of sophisticated fraudsters who are misleading people by giving tempting advertisements on newspapers or online portals. Recently a newscast was aired on a popular national news tv channel regarding such an incident. There are many such cases including money-laundering and other kind economic offenses about which people are not quite aware of.
There are some questions. I have put these following -------
1. What is the name of the company ?
2. Has it any website ? What is it ?
3. Is it registered in Nasscom or Ministry Of Corporate Affairs, Government Of India or any registered autonomous or government body ?
4. Is it MNC or SME ?
5. What are the operating or functional areas of your company ? What are the goods (i.e. products or services) available in market ?
6. What are the verticals and horizontals of your company ?
7. How is growth opportunity of a potential employee ?
8. What is the latest turnover of your company ?
9. How one can see the annual fiscal reports of your company by normal ways or by RTI Act, 2005 ?
10. Who are the corporate partners or allies of your company ?
11. What is the existing strength of the company ?
12. Does it have any other wing ?
13. Who are the potential competitors of it ?
14. Is the company registered in any Share Market Index ? What is the current share-value ?
There might be many more questions like this ! But if you get satisfactory answers of all the aforesaid questions, then you can believe in the genuineness of the company.
