  3. Why do you like to join this company ?
  4. Tell me your strengths & weaknesses. (TRICKY).
  5. Tell me about your plus as well as minus points. (TRICKY).
  6. Where do you see yourself after 5 yrs. from now ?
  7. What are your short-term & long-term goals ?
  8. PST (Problem Solving Technique) on puzzles, riddles, short mathematical problems etc.
  9. How do you feel talking to me ?
  10. What are the preferable genres of work ? In which fields you wish to work ?
  11. Can you differentiate between a debate & a GD ?
  12. If you are given 5 problems together, what will be your approach to dissect them ?
  13. Family or career, which one is more important to you ?
  14. Are you willing to relocate, if you are given a chance ?
  15. Give me an example where you played the role as a leader (LEADERSHIP SKILL TESTING).
  16. How many times in your life you have taken risks and became successful at the end of the day & what they are ? (RISK MANAGEMENT SKILL TESTING).
  17. How many times in your life you have taken decisions going against your family members and became successful ultimately ?
